Derek Dixon is an entrepreneur and strategic consultant with a background in construction, business development, and municipal partnerships. With years of experience in infrastructure, EV solutions, and community-driven planning, Derek brings a unique blend of private-sector agility and public-sector collaboration to every project he leads. His past roles include work with national suppliers like White Cap and the founding of multiple businesses rooted in service, innovation, and local impact.
Current Initiatives:
Derek is currently spearheading efforts to secure funding and city partnerships for the Murrieta Ice Rink project, while developing ConstructAI-a next generation platform built to revolutionize the construction industry. He continues to lead installations and growth strategy for The Fellas EV Solutions, and provides consulting services through Harvey & Kin Consulting.

David currently supports regional development projects focused on youth recreation, sustainable infrastructure, and nonprofit collaboration. He also continues to support local entrepreneurs and small business growth initiatives in Southern California.

In this role, Mason leads national operations, vendor partnerships, and business development initiatives for the fast-growing company.

Mason is currently focused on scaling SealSavers’ product line and expanding its national dealer network while streamlining operational systems to support long-term growth. Through his role on the Murrieta Recreation Foundation board, he is actively involved in strategic planning, business development outreach, ensuring operational readiness for the proposed Murrieta Ice Rink and youth athletic development across the region.
